Company Secretarial Assistant/Executive
CW & Associates Petaling Jaya Full-time
Handle incorporation, submission to SSM/CCM, maintenance of statutory returns, and other related secretarial functions with minimal supervision.
- Report to the company secretary and be responsible for the maintenance of secretarial records, statutory compliance, and preparation of resolutions, meeting papers, minutes, etc.
- Provide effective support and assistance to company secretaries in discharging corporate secretarial activities and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Handle telephone calls, enquiries, or requests appropriately.
- Handle any other tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management
- A good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to handle clients from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Candidate must possess full or part ICSA / LLB qualification.
- Experience in a company secretarial firm is an advantage.
- Working experience in the related field is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
