Support the growing scope of Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact programs, data analysis, policy refinement, and market research. By providing critical assistance in these areas, the intern will enable the team to meet deadlines, improve operational efficiency, and maintain competitiveness in rewards offerings.

This contribution directly supports the commission's mission by optimizing talent management, fostering employee engagement, and aligning the rewards strategy with organizational goals, ultimately enhancing overall performance and organizational success.

Job Description
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze data for rewards enhancement initiatives.
  • Assist Rewards Analyst on visualizations and reports to support stakeholder presentations.
  1. Policy & Process Documentation:
  • Support policy refinement and maintain proper document control for all Total Rewards materials.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials, such as FAQs or guidelines.
  1. Economic & HR Research:
  • Stay updated on global salary trends, benefits innovations, and economic indicators.
  • Proactively providing insights on improvement areas across functions.
  1. Monthly Rewards Program Launch & Execution:
  • Develop a platform/mechanics for new rewards program (e.g., Employee of the Month Award, MCMC Visionary Scholars Award).
  • Work closely with the Rewards Analyst to develop detailed process maps and communication strategies. Assist in drafting and distributing communication materials to all relevant stakeholders.
  1. Project Coordination:
  • Keep track on deadlines, schedules, and deliverables for ongoing Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Actively collaborate across HR functions (e.g., HCSD, TMD, ERD) to align on Total Rewards objectives.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Organize and centralize Total Rewards documents to ensure easy access.
  • Assist in creating certifications, drafting email communications, and other rewards related documentation.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering, Data Analytics/Data Science, Economics/Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.20 from a reputable University
