Corporate Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required skills: Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

(Basic salary is subject to experience)- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditures, by conducting financial due diligence and valuation analyses.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and external parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor performance to inform strategic initiatives
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
