  1. Product Development & R&D Oversight
  • Lead new product planning, testing, and rollout

  • Assist the Director in strategic planning and follow-through

  • Approve product display, pricing, and branding consistency
  • Oversee portal submissions and stock movement

  1. Retail Chain Management
  • Handle proposals, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintain buyer relationships and support retail activations
  1. E-Commerce Platform Control
  • Oversee all operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Wholesale, KA
  • Monitor price control, stock flow, and monthly targets
  • Adjust and control advertising budget and campaign performance across platforms
  1. Social Media Direction & Strategy
  • Guide content direction on FB, IG, TikTok, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu
  • Approve monthly content plans and influencer/KOL strategy
  1. Team Management & Reporting
  • Supervise internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations
  • Prepare monthly performance and KPI reports for management
  1. Budget Planning & Cost Efficiency
  • Manage marketing, event, and operational budgets
  • Track ROI and optimize spending for profitability
  • Oversee and optimize all operational processes, including supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory control, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity within the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement of materials, efficient storage, and accurate inventory management to meet production and sales demands.
  • Lead and supervise the logistics team to ensure smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products, while adhering to quality standards and delivery schedules.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance programs to ensure products meet or exceed established standards, conducting regular audits and addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, using insights to drive data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide operational insights and support the development of new products, ensuring feasibility and efficient integration into existing processes.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, and online marketing initiatives, to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize social media management skills to enhance brand presence, engage with customers, and support marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
