  • Ensure that data items are maintained and readily available Process invoices, delivery notes, and calculate inventory before picking up goods
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including emails and all incoming calls
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors
  • Working hours are 6 days (alternative Saturday ( 2 Saturdays working/month)
