  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for boss.
  • Assist with organizing company events and functions.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Assist in petty cash recordings
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and staff members.
  • Strong ability to balance professionalism with a personable demeanor.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in expressing and communicating
  • Well versed in MS Office programs.
