Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, KOL/influencer outreach, or a related role.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, affiliate tracking tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience or interest in the finance sector is a strong advantage.
- Develop and execute affiliate and KOL marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Source and maintain a robust database of affiliates and influencers across finance-related verticals.
- Identify suitable influencers for campaigns and brand programs to drive visibility and user acquisition.
- Lead outreach, relationship management, contract negotiation, and onboarding of influencers.
- Monitor relevant event calendars and align influencer activities with brand initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Proofread and oversee influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., CRM, engagement rates), using insights to drive future improvements.
- Work closely with the internal marketing, content, and creative teams to develop impactful campaign assets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and new tools in influencer marketing.
- Support junior coordinators (if any) and help align execution with strategic goals.
