Motion Graphic Designer

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, motion graphics, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, product packaging, and animated content.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering high-quality creative assets both static and animated on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from concept to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, and layout compositions
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure quality and brand alignment
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Apply advanced typography and layout techniques
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Increase user-friendliness in digital products
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with graphic design trends, tools, and best practices

• Develop and deliver compelling motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, product videos, and other multimedia content
• Translate marketing messages into engaging animation and video assets
• Edit and animate text, images, logos, and video content
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to bring ideas to life through motion
• Optimize motion assets for various platforms (web, mobile, social)
• Stay current with motion design trends, tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender), and techniques

• Proven experience as a graphic and motion designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding
• Excellent time management and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving
