Video Editor (Commercial, Film & Digital/Socials)

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts for corporate videos, commercials, films, documentaries, and social media content
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to deliver content that meets the brief and exceeds client expectations
• Apply colour grading, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the overall production quality
• Manage and organise project files, media assets, and archives to maintain a clean and efficient post-production workflow
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders efficiently, managing revision rounds without compromising quality or deadlines
• Stay current with editing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging visual storytelling techniques
• At least 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a production house, agency, or post-house environment
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across corporate, documentary, and/or social media video formats
• Solid understanding of colour theory, audio mixing, pacing, and visual storytelling principles
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take and implement creative direction effectively
• Malaysian citizen or holding a valid work permit to work in Malaysia
