Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Basic understanding of database management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong.
- Candidates with availability for at least a 3-month internship will be given preference.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of the company's database systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Participate in IT projects, such as software implementations, hardware upgrades, and network expansions.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure
- Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Support the IT in managing and maintaining the company's cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts by gathering information, analyzing data, and recommending solutions to IT-related issues.
