Pandora Hq - Logistics Assistant (Gdl Licence Required) - Ampang Jaya

• Relevant working experience (1–2 years) in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or a similar industry preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
• Possess a valid driving license (GDL or E class) with a good driving record.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory systems is an added advantage.
• Willing to work outside of regular hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) when necessary, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Open to Malaysian citizens only.

• Process orders for packaging materials from boutiques or HQ: pick, pack, and deliver based on the assigned schedule.
• Deliver merchandise securely between HQ and boutiques, or between boutiques, as directed by the Logistics Manager.
• Maintain and care for company vehicles; ensure they are kept in good condition during and after deliveries.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; items must be stored safely, accurately counted, and handled according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Receive, process, and sort incoming shipments.
• Assist with stock records, inventory tracking, and preparation of delivery orders as needed.
