• Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, from kick-off to final handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, and weekly progress reports.
• Conduct regular client meetings to align on deliverables and proactively address risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams across engineering, design, procurement, and assembly.
• Document and escalate risks, delays, and scope changes in a structured manner.
• Record meeting minutes, maintain action logs, and ensure accountability across functions.
• Contribute to standardizing processes, templates, and best practices.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally in manufacturing automation or equipment delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up.
• Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts).
• Resilient, collaborative, and committed to driving successful project outcomes.
