As the Branch Manager, you will be the company’s representative at branch level, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, leading and motivating your team, safeguarding assets, and ensuring smooth daily operations in line with HQ policies.
Requirements- Minimum Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- At least 3 years' experience in retail management (jewellery/luxury retail preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations- Drive branch sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
