  • Assist the sales team in processing customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking systems.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and administrative support for the sales department.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service standards are maintained.
  • Support the sales team in coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
