  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.

  • Coordinate sales-related events, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate documents and communications between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract law and company policies in all sales-related activities.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
