Account Executive

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiar with accounting systems (e.g., SQL) is an advantage
- Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Assist in daily Accounts Department operation – AP, AR
- Support month-end closing and preparation of basic reports
- Handle invoicing, collections, and supplier payments
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, monthly stock take report
- Ensure accounting entries are posted correctly and timely
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc finance tasks
