  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage salary expectations and offer packages.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Wealth Mastery Academy – WMA.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing candidates with all necessary information and ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies, using structured interview techniques.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and benefits that align with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative solutions to improve the recruitment process.
  • Support the HR team with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
