Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage salary expectations and offer packages.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Wealth Mastery Academy – WMA.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing candidates with all necessary information and ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies, using structured interview techniques.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and benefits that align with company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative solutions to improve the recruitment process.
- Support the HR team with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
