Supervisor / Executive - Security Badge and Access Operations (8 Positions) - Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities:

SUPERVISOR:

1. Overseeing and guiding badge and access operations specialists in their daily tasks and providing regular training to ensure high performance.
2. Handling high-complexity OnCall tickets, developing processes and updating the Wiki to address recurring problems.
3. Setting up and managing access permissions and automated authorization logic with the badge management system.
4. Assisting with biannual access audits and data analysis tasks.
5. Supporting the leader in implementing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
6. Performing other duties assigned by the superior.

EXECUTIVE:

1. Preparation of employee/contractors access badge or ID card.
2. Process and printing of access badge or ID card.
3. Ensure accurate and no errors in access badge production process.
4. Support special projects including new office set-ups.
5. Any other duty as instructed by the superior.

Skill Requirement:

1. Ensure accuracy and security in the badge production process by meticulously handling data.
2. Strong Communication: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily tasks effectively.
3. Process Improvement: Demonstrate the ability to think critically and optimize existing business processes to enhance efficiency.
4. Project Management and Data Analysis: Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.
5. Team Work and Initiative: Demonstrate a cooperative attitude and proactively manage tasks, even in high-pressure environments.
6. Experiences with Lenel OnGuard: Preferred experiences with Lenel OnGuard system and handling badge production and OnCall issues.
7. Education: Hold at least a diploma or higher qualification.
8. Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and proficiency in Mandarin for daily communications is a plus.
