Minimum education: Certificate / Vocational / Diploma in a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation or related fields.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
Strong interest in beauty, health, or lifestyle content.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram (IG), Facebook and XiaoHongShu content formats and current trends.
Advanced video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, VN, Canva).

Added advantage:

Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs.
Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written).

Content Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit short videos for TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook and XiaoHongShu.
Confidently present on camera to demonstrate and explain products.
Follow and adapt social media trends to fit the brand.
Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

Affiliate Marketing

Recruit and onboard influencers, creators, and resellers.
Provide content, discount codes, and trackable links to affiliates.
Monitor affiliate performance and suggest improvements.
Support campaigns and product launches with affiliate involvement.
Be the face and voice of a fast-growing beauty/optical brand.
