Finance Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Knowledge of hospitality industry financials (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates)
• Experience with hospitality-specific financial systems (e.g., Opera, Infor Sun System)
• Understanding of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strategic thinking with the ability to drive financial performance improvements
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor and control financial performance; identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
