F&B Supervisor - Ampang Jaya

High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in F&B management preferred.
- 2 years or more of work experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Must be able to serve alcohol.
- Able to work 6 days a week in a shift pattern.
- Operational matters and process flow of running the department. This includes work schedules, budgeting, cost management, daily/weekly/monthly sales and expenses, delivery of goods and supplies, inventory, stocks, training on beverage preparations and proper use of equipment and other matters deemed fit and/or what the role requires.
- Regular R&D checks on the beverage offerings are essential. This is to maintain standards of quality and overall customer experience.
- This constant exercise will require R&D of existing offerings as well as to ideate and create new offerings in the beverage programme. This is to ensure we always build excitement and anticipation, as well as retaining a brand that resonates with our Qra community.
- Recruitment, training, hiring, staff retention, and overseeing all matters related to the team.
- Maintaining customer service standards is vital. Resolving on-ground customer service feedback and complaints are also an integral part of this role.
- This also means that advising the team on the best ways to resolve issues and delivering excellent customer service is of utmost importance.
- Incorporating a combination where a passion and palate for flavours is crucial. This means that understanding trends and market demands are key to bringing in new ideas to our overall offerings, and thus, leads to exceptional customer experience that blend and jive well with Qra’s identity and brand.
- In this role, you will oversee this beverage space, while closely working with the team.
- IT is required that the role involves working with other departments such as team members from HQ, grocer, F&B, and with members across other outlets.
- Coordinating time management skills, interpersonal skills, as well as creative thinking are all parts of the day-to-day operations.
