George Town - Manufacturing Technician

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or production support environment.
• Experience in test and repair of PCAs and box build systems is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to perform equipment installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance.
• Skilled in test equipment usage - e.g oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators.
• Hands-on experience with PCA-level troubleshooting and component-level rework.
• Familiarity with reading schematics, technical drawings, and following standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of ESD and safety handling procedures.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Able to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Able to perform structured technical troubleshooting independently.

Tooling Knowledge:

• Ability to design or modify simple jigs/tools to support repair or testing needs is a plus.
• Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas.
• Duties may be related to installation, maintenance, repair and support of manufacturing equipment, technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting, and technical analyses and problem-solving.
• Conducts tests, experiments and/or problem resolution associated with components, parts, products, or processes/systems.
• May design and/or build tools.

Test & Repair: Tests and calibrates and/or repairs and monitors and/or installs and diagnoses equipment, systems, and/or assemblies. Works from guidelines and standardized procedures/instructions. Box build level debug and PCA level troubleshooting and rework.
