Customer Service Associate

Join our team as a Health Sales Consultant and play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time Will Being Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling OSIM's innovative health products at various retail locations.
- Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
- Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 + Commission + Incentives: Up to RM5,000/month
