Senior Service Engineer

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
- Min. 1-2 years’ experience in servicing or maintaining technical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to travel and work on-site when required
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Knowledge of PLC, control systems, or automation production will be added advantage.
- Install, test, and commission equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers
- Prepare accurate service reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.
