About the role

Elite Asia Consulting & Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Desk Customer Service professional to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and customer service to our clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email and chat
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of software and hardware issues
• Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and support tickets
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation
• Educating customers on the use of IT systems and applications
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and procedures

• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using various IT tools and software applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Study in IT related field.
