Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team, develop strategies to increase sales, build client relationships, and support marketing efforts to expand our business. You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and growing our client base.
Priority will be given to candidates with a background in business education or training institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and deliver results.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and attract new clients.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Expansion: Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make improvements where needed.
