• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the [F&B / manufacturing / retail] industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant regulations.

1. Procurement Operations

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing procurement activities according to company needs and budget.
• Review purchase requests, verify specifications, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival.

1. Supplier Management

• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Assist in supplier negotiations for pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.3.

1. Cost & Quality Control

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of goods to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Ensure all purchased goods meet required quality and safety standards.
• Work with relevant departments to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

1. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to procurement

1. Team Support & Coordination

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior purchasing staff when required.
• Act as the Procurement Manager’s representative in their absence.
