Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including running ads on Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Familiar with ad buying strategies, campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop).
- Experience with managing multiple brands or client accounts at once.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
- Monitor campaign performance using each platform’s tools and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
- Work closely with the content and creative team to develop engaging ad visuals and copy tailored to each platform.
- Handle multiple campaigns and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet client or brand objectives.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and suggestions for future improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors
