Retail Sales / Sales Advisor | IOI Puchong - Kajang

1. Create and maintain a retail culture focused on the customer, enhance the buying experience build relationships that lead to long-term business growth; and demonstrate detailed knowledge of all products and services.
2. Responsible for achieving sales goals.
3. Positively affect profitability in the areas of customer service, sales, inventory/ expense control risk management.
4. Responsible for effective implementation of all visual merchandising standards operational direction.
5. Ensure that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage sales promotion.
6. Create merchandise presentations as well as displays that have an impact, are customers focused maximize sales.
7. Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm genuinely sincere manner.
8. Ensure the appropriate quality time is spent with the customer, asking questions to learn about his/her needs, preferences lifestyles.
9. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
10. Possesses customer service and communication skills.
11. Good in maintaining Inventory, Store, Organized, and Independent person.
12. Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin; to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
13. Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
14. 5 working days per week. 2 rest days on weekdays.
15. Training will be provided.
16. Malaysian only.

Salary range : RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 + Commissions + OT + EPF + SOCSO
