Cloud Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in IT/cloud/software industry.
- Familiar with cloud providers’ products, policies, and purchasing process.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas, filtering).
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Advantage: Experience dealing with cloud vendors and proficiency in English & Mandarin.
- Manage procurement with cloud service providers (Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS).
- Track latest vendor policies, pricing, and promotions to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare procurement plans and budgets based on company sales demand.
- Support sales team with resource requests, discounts, contracts, and delivery.
- Maintain vendor relationships, rebates, certifications, and compliance.
