  • Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Know the difference between working in hospital and hospitality.
  • Common sense, can walk straight with two eyes and two legs.
  • Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.
  • Assisting guest from check in and throughout their stay with us.
  • Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in hotels.
  • Organise maintenance tasks with in-house technicians.
  • All kind of administrative and reporting tasks.
  • You will learn everything from head to toe.
