- Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Know the difference between working in hospital and hospitality.
- Common sense, can walk straight with two eyes and two legs.
- Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.
- Assisting guest from check in and throughout their stay with us.
- Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in hotels.
- Organise maintenance tasks with in-house technicians.
- All kind of administrative and reporting tasks.
- You will learn everything from head to toe.
