Application Consultant (ERP / WMS)

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, application support, business analysis, or consulting role
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in client-facing software implementation work
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to prepare functional documents, user manuals, and implementation-related documentation
• Comfortable working with users from different departments such as sales, warehouse, purchasing, finance, or operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for documentation and presentation

• Exposure to ERP, WMS, inventory, supply chain, accounting, or distribution systems
• Experience in handling client meetings, requirement gathering, or user training
• Familiarity with system testing, UAT support, and go-live processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration is an advantage

We are looking for an Application Consultant to join our team to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and related business application solutions. This role is highly client-facing and involves working closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and implementation planning to user training, system rollout, and post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong business process understanding, and the ability to bridge user requirements with system functionality. Experience in ERP, WMS, supply chain, inventory, or accounting-related systems will be an added advantage.

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand business requirements, workflows, and project objectives
• Plan and coordinate ERP or software implementation activities together with internal and client teams
• Gather, document, and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Advise clients on system setup, business process flow, and best practices during implementation
• Prepare project documentation, implementation plans, test scripts, and user guides
• Perform system configuration setup and coordinate with the technical or development team when customization is required
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and system demonstrations for clients
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist clients during go-live activities
• Provide post-implementation support, issue follow-up, troubleshooting, and user assistance
• Work closely with project, support, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional consulting throughout the engagement
