They are currently looking for a Payroll Process Optimization Lead to join their growing team. You will play a key role in optimizing global payroll operations by providing strategic insights, implementing enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence.

This position focuses on refining payroll processes to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with both local and international regulations. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to drive continuous improvements.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a proven track record of process optimization & digitalization and compliance management.
