Kitchen Team Leader
CPI Food Concept Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur Full-time
- 2 years of experience within the F&B or hospitality industry specially Japanese Restaurant.
- Strong culinary expertise and creativity.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Attend training sessions if applicable.
- Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
- Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the kitchen and that they are stored properly
- Follow company’s policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
- Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
