PT Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

The role acts as a bridge between project management, contractors, consultants, and site personnel, providing guidance, resolving technical challenges, managing risks, and promoting cost-effective, timely, and compliant project completion.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute PT works according to shop drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Review design drawings, submittals, and method statements; ensure timely implementation and compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and risks; conduct inspections and provide technical guidance to site staff and contractors.
• Supervise and mentor draftsmen and site personnel, allocate tasks, and promote teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including project teams, consultants, contractors, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and material availability.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, PT records, reports, and lessons learned for project monitoring and audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and integrate feedback to enhance project efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Comply with anti-bribery & corruption management systems and report any violations through proper channels.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction project execution and engineering. Fresh graduate welcoming to apply.
3. Knowledge on Drafting Tools ACAD, Microsoft Office is preferred.
4. Willing to learn and understand of construction methods, Shop drawings, Material submissions, project technical submission.
5. Have experience in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts is preferred.
6. Prior exposure to procurement processes, material approvals, and vendor evaluation is an advantage
7. Demonstrated ability to analyze risks, solve technical problems, and implement process improvements.
