Telesales Representative

Commission up: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000

Responsibilities include:

• Your main goal is to sell 1Fit membership to users who have signed up for the app or have left a purchase request on the website.
• Achieving sales targets
• Handling incoming/outgoing requests
• Managing reporting in CRM
• Working with the customer at all stages
• Handling objections professionally
• Working hours from 9:30AM-6:30PM / 12:30PM-9.30PM

You are the right fit if you possess:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Want to develop in sales, earn, and have specific goals and aspirations
• Know sales techniques, can persuade, and are results-oriented
• Can deeply understand the company's product
• Are responsible, attentive and resilient to stress
• Can speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales or telemarketing.
