Job Requirements:

  • Must be able working 5.5 days - Monday - Saturday
  • Candidates must possess a SPM /DIPLOMA in any related field.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. and Mandarin (preferably).
  • Preferably those with experience in the logistic field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Words, etc).
  • Good interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and can work in a team as well as independently.
  • Able to start work immediately (training will be provided).

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support
  • To provide administrative support to daily office operations (eg. Agent PO, DO).
  • To handle daily administrative duties such as customer registration, answering phone calls, responding to messages, and emails, scheduling delivery schedule for agent’s customers and remark notes if any special request
  • To ensure proper document filing for all related files.
  • To engage and build a good relationship with agencies/corporate agencies forces.
  • To maintain a good and respectful relationship and liaise with other departments regarding agency-related matters.
