Lips Carpenter is looking for a Tik Tok Content Creator/Digital Marketing Intern who loves short-form video and wants real hands-on experience growing a beauty brand through TikTok.

You won’t just observe — you’ll be creating content, working with creators, and seeing how your work directly impacts views, engagement and sales.

Job Scope

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok/Instagram Reels
• Edit videos using CapCut with strong hooks and storytelling
• Film simple product and lifestyle content
• Research TikTok trends and turn them into brand content
• Assist with content planning and campaign execution

• Identify and reach out to TikTok creators and affiliates
• Coordinate collaborations and track creator deliverables
• Manage and maintain monthly KPI for creator partnerships
• Strong interest in TikTok content creation
• Good sense of hooks and short-form storytelling
• Experience using CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Organised and able to manage multiple creators and follow-ups
• Previous content creator experience (internship, freelance, or personal account) is valued
• Passion for beauty and social media
