QC Technician

• Able to read technical drawings & check sheet contents.
• Able to do overtime and work in shift when required.
• Responsible for Stamping product & Process Inspection - all stamping processes, assembly process as per in-process check sheets included Reliability test and functional test.
• Responsible for verify stamping process and assembly process as per Stamping & Assembly SOP/WI.
• Responsible for the instrument used are calibrated and good condition.
• Responsible to reporting any abnormality during carry out the inspection.
• Responsible for writing, recording all processes inspection into In-process check sheets.
• Responsible to inspection for any rework activity or secondary process as per Sorting Rework instruction.
• Responsible and take care all the checking instrument – immediate reporting to superior if any missing or damage.
• Responsible to keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Candidate who are interest with QC Inspector are also welcome to apply.

1. Internship

Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Quality Engineering.
• At least 3 months and maximum 6 months required to complete the Internship program.
• Authorization or reference letter required from the respective HOD of the Institution.
• Training Allowance will be provided: RM800- RM1000.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform the assigned Project follow superior instruction and per Stamping process Manufacturing Flow chart.
• Daily reporting required for assigned project completion.
• Internship will be more focus to Quality functions oriented.
