Lead the end-to-end security architecture design for M365 environments at enterprise scale
- Develop and deliver Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions
- Define and implement hybrid identity and cloud security strategies
- Oversee security governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Drive integration between Ping Federated Identity and Microsoft Entra ID
- Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams (infra, security, cloud)
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., financial, telco, GLC sectors)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in M365 Security Architecture
- Proven experience designing security for large environments (10,000+ users)
- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure and cloud security design
- Experience working in highly regulated industries
Technical Expertise (Must-Have)
Identity & Access Management- Strong experience with Hybrid Identity Architecture
- Hands-on expertise in Ping Federated Identity
