About The Job
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented intern to assist with our online store operations across Shopee, Lazada, and our website. If you're into music gear, love organizing stuff, and want to learn how e-commerce works in the real world, this role is for you!
What You'll Learn & Do- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns
- Monitor customer questions, orders & reviews
- Assist with order processing and inventory updates
- Collaborate with our sales & marketing team for daily ops
- Diploma/Degree students in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or relevant fields
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada or any e-commerce experience is a bonus
- Passion for music or audio gear = big plus!
- Can commit for at least 3 months
- Based in Klang Valley preferred
