SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (INJECTION MOLDING) – GLOBAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY New

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client is a Global Manufacturer of electrical and industrial infrastructure solutions supplying to various industries including data centers, industrial and manufacturing operations.

• Provide engineering and technical support for process and mold-related issues across new and existing products
• Operate, set up, and maintain injection moulding machines, including troubleshooting moulding faults and supporting production activities
• Coordinate mold trials, tooling activities, and molded part troubleshooting, implementing necessary engineering changes to ensure consistent quality and smooth production
• Lead the implementation of molding and assembly processes for New Product Introduction projects
• Conduct Design of Experiments on molding process parameters to establish optimal process windows and meet required cycle times
• Address daily quality and production issues while contributing to continuous process improvement and lean initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce scrap
• Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate product failures, identify root causes, and recommend technical improvements
• Collaborate with the Quality team on testing activities and report consolidation for approval reviews
• Serve as the key technical interface between product design teams and manufacturing, acting as the local technical expert for product and molding-related matters

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Tools & Dies, Material Sciences or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding process, including mold trials, tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
