What your challenge looks like:

• Ensure timely and successful project execution and delivery.
• Generate precise and visually appealing layout drawings detailed drawings perspectives renderings and post-renders.
• Strategize and assist with on-site project planning offering solutions to subcontractors to achieve designs similar to proposed renderings.
• Collaborate effectively with on-site supervisor and work well in a team.
• Possess exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.

What you’ll bring:

• Required: Solid skills in Autocad, Photoshop and 3DsMax software
• Seeking candidates with a positive personality
• Priority given to candidates with a diploma or degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum years of on-site work experience required.
• Strong communication skills necessary to interact with site team and subcontractors.
• Proficiency of English and Malay languages
• Ability to handle pressure and handle multiple tasks with flexibility.
• Immediate availability for work.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for the construction industry.
• Excellent emotional management and focus on work execution and delivery.
