Kajang - Retail Sales Representative (Rsr)

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience paint or hardware industry preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Basic product knowledge in paint coatings or home improvement is an advantage.

Job Summary:The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling paint products, and maintaining the overall appearance and operations of the retail store. This role ensures customers receive knowledgeable assistance and support throughout their shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend suitable paint products tools and solutions based on customer needs.
• Handle product inquiries, pricing, and basic technical advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock replenishment and display arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and product shelves.
• Support in-store promotions and marketing activities.
• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report customer feedback and product issues to the supervisor.
