Job Description:

  1. Design and implement influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
  2. Search for, evaluate, and integrate influencers who resonate with brand principles and target demographics.
  3. Handle contract negotiations, budget management, and monitor expenses related to influencer campaigns.
  4. Assess and present outcomes of influencer marketing efforts, delivering practical recommendations.
  5. Collaborate closely with content and social media teams to ensure influencer-generated materials align with overarching marketing objectives.
  6. Monitor influencer metrics, engagement levels, and return on investment (ROI) through analytical tools.
  7. Enhance influencer collaborations by experimenting with various content styles, calls-to-action (CTAs), and audience targeting tactics.
  8. Establish and nurture a community of influencers for continual partnerships.
  9. Keep track of competitor influencer activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  10. Organize product seeding and public relations gifting initiatives for influencers.
  11. Remain informed about industry trends, competitive approaches, and compelling influencer content.

Job requirement:

  1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing roles (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors).
  2. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  3. Ability to identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers based on brand fit, audience quality, and engagement
  4. Skilled in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and tracking campaign expenses
  5. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Google Analytics, or influencer platforms like HypeAuditor, Upfluence) to measure ROI and engagement
  6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to nurture long-term influencer partnerships
  7. Creative thinking and strategic mindset in experimenting with content styles, formats, and CTA strategies
  8. Ability to analyze influencer campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  9. Strong collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams like social media, content, and design
  10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for product seeding, gifting, and campaign tracking
  11. Up-to-date with influencer trends, viral content, and industry benchmarks
  12. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (if managing local influencers)
  13. A portfolio or examples of past influencer campaign successes is a plus
