Manufacturing Training Specialist

Partner with local, regional, and global Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Manufacturing representatives on identifying, developing and evaluating training materials.
- Work closely with the global learning team to drive training in the manufacturing environment globally.
- Develop and maintain training materials for the online learning library in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Recommend effective training solutions.
- Maintain close contact with all manufacturing sites globally with colleagues in different roles.
- Make regular visits to local manufacturing sites in Malaysia (i.e. Seremban and Melaka) to understand operational needs and constraints and pilot test concepts.
- Help ensure compliance with ISO standards and local procedures.
- Help standardize and evaluate training solutions and create synergies to ensure efficiency in training across all countries.
- Review existing training to assess suitability and curate training programs.
- Work with various training creation tools.
- Becoming one of the subject matter experts of the LMS. Select or develop instructional methods, training aids, manuals, and other materials to support administrators of the LMS.
- Demonstrate business insight and provide solutions in response to individual and team needs.
- Research and review external training programs and materials to provide the best solution.
