Senior Project Engineer

What you will do:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute lift and elevator installation and modernization projects.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to support project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities for project approvals.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and support cost control initiatives.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations, including EN81-20 & EN81-50, MS2022, and JKKP requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in elevator/lift installation, modernization, or project engineering.
• Good knowledge of elevator systems, technical drawings, project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and relevant industry regulations.
• Familiar with site safety practices, risk assessments, and quality control procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Assertive and confident in coordinating site activities, making decisions, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites and possess a valid driving license.
