Diploma/degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (admin or accounting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting software is a plus (e.g. SQL, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Interest in the wellness or lifestyle industry is a bonus!
- Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation
- Handle appointment scheduling, walk-in enquiries, and customer service
- Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and data entry
- Assist in HR-related admin (leave tracking, staff claims, etc.)
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, payment vouchers, petty cash)
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Basic salary with performance bonuses
- 5-day work week
