Job Responsibilities- Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
- Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers
- Work with production, scheduling, sales, and design teams to determine the most optimal purchasing strategy for a given job/project.
- Monitor purchase demand and place orders, ensuring order confirmation and report to the organization any due date problems or potential shortages
- At least 3 years of direct buyer/purchasing work experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong in Excel application
