E-Commerce Live Stream Operation Coordinator (Junior & Senior)

For Junior/Fresh Graduates:

• Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in live streaming, marketing, e-commerce, or sales are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for the e-commerce live-streaming industry with a desire for long-term career growth.
• Outgoing personality, quick thinking, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
• Responsible, enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork spirit and independent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

For Senior/Experienced Candidates:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in live stream operations, social media, or e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep interest in live-streaming e-commerce with a commitment to long-term industry growth.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and guide junior team members.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.

Junior-Level Responsibilities:

• Prepare live-stream setups (equipment, product placement, studio layout, OBS, promotions, etc.).
• Assist hosts during live sessions by managing the console (pinning products, handling inventory, moderating comments).
• Engage with viewers, reply to comments, and maintain a lively broadcast atmosphere.
• Monitor data changes and provide real-time prompts to hosts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues (device/network failures) during live sessions.
• Record key performance data and assist in post-live reviews with the team.

Senior-Level Responsibilities:

• Analyze live-stream data to identify trends and optimize sales performance.
• Develop and refine live broadcast schedules, scripts, and promotional activities.
• Lead large-scale brand live-streaming events on TikTok and other platforms.
• Train and coach live hosts on sales techniques, product knowledge, and audience engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement best practices to enhance performance.
• Strategize and execute plans to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
